More than 50% of men will have experienced some sort of hair loss by the time they’re 50. For many, hair loss can happen far earlier on in life; in their 20s, 30s or even late teens.

Up to 95% of men experiencing a thinning scalp tend to suffer from Androgenic Alopecia – more commonly referred to as Male Pattern Baldness. This hereditary condition occurs when a male hormone causes certain follicles to shrink and produce thinner hair with a shorter life.

While having no hair isn’t appealing it seems the idea of a surgeon playing around with your hair follicles isn’t much more appealing than the latter.

HSHC Hair transplantation is possible in a wide range of scenarios, though we recommend you take advice as soon as you notice any hair loss. If the hair has already receded extensively it may not be possible to offer transplantation as there need to be a good amount of healthy donor hair (from the back of the scalp) to use in the transplant itself.
